Mentor Talks

Seminars designed to enhance adult's communication, listening and leadership skills.

Program Overview

Our Mentor Talks are one-hour sessions around specific personal growth topics. They provide effective tools and strategies that aim to help adults deepen their connection the younger generation and foster self-love, responsibility, resilience, and self-esteem. All participants should leave the seminar with new tools they can begin using immediately.

Mentor offers our Mentor Talks to partners and their employees but also runs open forum seminars to the public at large.  Research has shown that learning personal growth skills at the workplace is a preventive approach to work/family problems, and increasingly employers and researchers agree there are tremendous benefits to offering such programs in the workplace. By participating, employees gain relevant and useful knowledge and increase overall productivity.

Listening to children and youth is the first step to help them grow healthy and safe.
